The Orientation Program of the Department of Political Science and International Relations was held on 22 September 2026 at 09:00 at the 15 July Congress and Cultural Center.
The program was attended by the academic staff of our department. The opening remarks were delivered by our Head of Department, Prof. Dr. Muhittin Demiray. In his speech, Prof. Dr. Demiray wished our students a successful academic year, shared remarks on the academic structure and educational processes of the department, and also addressed the importance of the “Terror-Free Türkiye” objective.
During the program, students were informed about the academic structure of the department, educational processes, the academic advising system, and other key matters they may need throughout their university education. In addition to the departmental orientation, informative sessions were also provided on combating addiction and the Zero Waste Project.
Following the departmental orientation program, our students also participated in the university library orientation program in order to become familiar with the facilities and services offered by the university library.
